The application of heat to a casting to alter the material properties making them suitable for the finished product or for subsequent processing.

We are having inhouse facility of heat treatment for various cycles like normalising, water quenching, annealing, tempering, acid pickling and pasivation etc..,.

The facilities include the following,
(a) Heat treatment furnace - 25 MT - Bogie hearth type furnace with six point chart recorder.
(b) Heat treatment furnace (Oil fired) - 8 MT and 20MT - 1 No. with quenching facility.
(Alloy and manganese castings, with Electronic Temperature indicator)
